This year the rally will return to Camp Weed & Cerveny Conference Center in Live Oak Florida. It is a beautiful venue on 520 Acres. Kayaking and fishing are some of the available activities.
This event is being held on Friday 1/12/2024 and Saturday 1/13/2024. Early arrivals are permitted after 4:00 PM on Thursday 1/11/2024. The rally ends on Saturday evening, and attendees must leave by 11:00 AM on Sunday 1/14/2024.
As in years past, this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given unless the event is canceled.
We will have a number of vendors and seminars. We will list them on our website as we get closer to rally date.
TRAINING BY the BMW U.S. RIDER ACADEMY
We are excited to have the expert trainers from Greer SC provide training during the rally. As we did last year the training will be held in four sessions with 12 students in each session. The Net cost to you is still only $40
The BMW MOA FOUNDATION will assisting the BMWNEF Club members financially again this year through their ADVANCING RIDER SAFETY, EDUCATION AND TRAINING initiative. A $35 rebate to all students who complete the training is available through the CLARK LUSTER SAFETY TRAINING GRANT. The cost to sign up for training is $75. A $35 rebate will be issued at the event to each student who completes the course. Final cost for training is $40 per student after rebate.

This year's meals will be catered by Camp Weed and meals must be pre-purchased when you register for the event. There is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase meals during the event.

Saturday Morning Breakfast : Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Fresh Fruit, and Beverages
Saturday Evening : Flank Steak, Sliced Potatoes, Vegetable, rolls and Dessert

T- SHIRT INFORMATION
T shirts this year will be purchase on line only. T-Shirts in Short Sleeve and Long Sleeve with motorcycle graphic on the back and BMWNEF logo on front. Please place you order when registering.
Guest room fees are by the room not per occupant. Each Guest Room has two long double beds. Linens are provided. Each Guest room has a full bath similar to any motel room, Guest rooms have a maximum capacity of 4 occupants. You will be asked to list the expected occupants of the room. The rooms are purchased for two or three nights. Friday, Saturday or Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Each Cabin / Bunkhouse has 9 twin sized bunk beds with mattresses, three showers, three sinks and two commodes. THE BUNKS ARE SHORT 5'10" No linens are supplied. You must bring your own linens or a sleeping bag. If you wish to be in a cabin with other attendees you will be asked to list the names of those attendees. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee roommate requests based on availability. A bunk bed is purchased per person for the weekend, two or three nights.
Tenting is charged per camper per weekend, three nights. If you stay in your van without a hookup you are tenting.
RV Slots are charged per RV and not by occupant. RV slots have electricity. You will be asked to list persons staying in the RV. RV slots are purchased for weekend, three nights.
