BMW MOTORCYCLE OWNERS OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA

ABOUT THE MEMBERS

The club has over 230 members from all walks of life all having a shared interest in motorcycling. Most of our members live in Florida but we have members from all over the country. We hold monthly meetings to discuss planned club events, socialize and have speakers discuss relevant issues. Members travel extensive and regularly share their experience on the road both in the United States and other countries all over the world.

WE LOVE TO RIDE

The club is co-hosting with BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville monthly rides to different locations in Northeast Florida. Additionally, the club Events Committee plans rides throughout the year to more varied and distant locations. The calendar is constantly updated with planned rides to points of interests. Members volunteer to plan and lead these rides.

OUR HISTORY

The BMWNEF motorcycle club was started in 1974. In 2023, the club celebrated their fortieth rally. Affiliated with both major North American BMW motorcycle organizations, we are club number 42 with BMWMOA and club number 41 with BMWRA. The passion of the great BMW motorcycle brings us together, but you needn’t own one to be part of our club. While the BMW “Motorcycle Experience” is the core fiber of our club, all motorcyclists are welcome!

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership provides you access to hundreds of members with vast experience in all aspects of motorcycling, including but not limited to: all vintage and modern BMW models and other brands, mechanical and maintenance issues and advice, motorcycling camping, safety tips, and equipment. If you want to learn something all you have to do is ask the question, one of members will have the experience and knowledge to help you out. Like anything else, the more you put into the club events and activities the more you get out of it. Meet new people, make new friends, travel places on your motorcycling you never thought you would. These are just a few of the benefits of membership.
