Image Requirements

• Any Image Taken With A Reasonably Modern Cell Phone (7-10 years old or newer) Should Be Acceptable
• Image Files Should Be Small Enough To Submit Via Email
• Images, Following Editing If Necessary, Must Be Print Quality
• Print Quality Is 1,725px X 2,625px @ 300ppi
• Images Less Than 300ppi Will Be Resampled To 300ppi
• Software Enhancement Will Be applied If Necessary
• Images MUST Be Sharp At This Size & Resolution To Be Included

• No Copyrighted Images (Unless you hold the copyright)
• No Non-Family Member Minor Children
• Nothing Controversial or Political
• Must Be Relevant to a BMW Motorcycle Event
• Members of the Winter Rally Planning Committee Are Prohibited
• AI Generated Images Must Be Identified As Such

Note: AI images will be judged separately. AI Images will NOT be eligible to be on the cover. One selected image will be included inside the magazine.

• The Deadline for image submissions is Midnight November 30, 2026 EST
• The members of the Winter Rally Planning Committee will have until Midnight December 7, 2026 EST to submit their 1st, 2nd, & 3rd choices via email
• The winning entries will be selected by a simple majority vote
• Winners will be notified by email following the selection
• Prizes will be awarded during Friday evening dinner awards & presentations
