LOST USERNAME/PASSWORD
When logging in - If you find you have forgotten your username or password - click the "Forgot My Username/Password" button. The system will display a dialog which prompts you to enter your email address and, [optionally], your first name.  the optional first name will help the system identify you in cases where a family email address is being used by multiple members. 

Once you have entered your information and clicked OK, the system will search for this information in the member database. If one matching record is found, the username and a new temporary password is generated and sent to the email address on file. You can login using the information in the email.  During login the system will allow to change the password.

If no match is found, or if multiple matches are found, or if you email is no longer valid, the system will not be able to identify you and you will need to contact a club officer to have your password reset manually.
