Thank you for choosing a trip to North East Florida for our 37th Annual 2020 Winter Rally.
 Whether you are a veteran or a first-timer to our rally, we work hard to make it fun and a
great FLORIDA motorcycling “value”. Below are some things you need to know about our Winter Rally, which will be held January 17-19, 2020.
All registrants will preregister before December 15. Preregistration may end before that date when 500 entrants have signed up.
On the weekend of the event the registration desk will open 8am Friday Morning. Study the provided info and contact us if you have any questions.
Make all your housing and RV selections with our system to arrange your RV selection while you are registering for the rally.  DO NOT wait until 30 days prior to the rally. Failure to register your housing and RV selection at registration prior to December 15 may result in no RV slot or housing room.
All registrations must be made on the website.

There are no cancellations accepted and no refunds will be given

CAMP BLANDING RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • No weapons.
  • No speeding.
  • No off-road riding on walking trails or any other areas outside of our rally areas.
  • Appropriate motorcycle safety gear required on base. All The Gear All The Time     ATGATT
  • Riders must wear HI-Viz / Reflective gear (See pictures on the Winter Rally page)
  • Must show Drivers License and be on our master attendance list at Main Gate to be admitted.
  • No walk-ups or day passes
  • No pets.Service Dogs are allowed and MUST wear their “Service Vest”. Companion dogs are NOT allowed.
  • Failure to comply with the Camp Blanding requirement will result in expulsion from the facility.The above information is from the CB security/Provost office.

A SPECIAL REGISTRATION REQUEST
We ask when you register for membership or rally participation you USE YOUR NAME AS PRINTED ON YOUR LICENSE OR OFFICIAL ID.  The guards at Camp Blanding will compare the attendee list with your ID and it will be best if they match.  There is a field on the registration form for your NICKNAME.    Thanks!!!!!!

Accommodations at Camp Blanding

Vicki Decker is the BMWNEF coordinator of housing on Camp Blanding for the rally weekend.  
Camping for two nights is included in the rally, there is a $12 fee for the third night. The third night option can be selected and paid for on the registration page.
RV sites are available for two or three nights and they also can be selected and paid for on the registration page.
Flanagan Hall has rooms with 1 double bed, linen and soap, two rooms share a common bath, and are offered to members. These rooms can be selected on the website at registration There are a limited # of rooms available so if you unable to select a room on registration likely they are full. If you have a question or room preference please e mail Vicki Decker with any questions.
There are a limited number of cabins and suites available.  These cabins and suites are not available on the registration page. Please e mail Vicki Decker to reserve these accommodations.

Please understand all non essential information (not rally related information) may not yet be uploaded to our new website. If you have problems with any essential information such as rally entry, rooms at the rally, receipts or membership you can call or text the club at (386) 256-0641.
Alternately, Club Express is very helpful if you are having problems navigating  or other issues related to the website.  ‭(847) 255-0210 They welcome your call.

  • Camping on Kingsley Lake both nights including firewood.
  • Held over MLK weekend, a Holiday weekend for some.
  • Free shuttle buses each night from campground and housing areas to Rally Central.
  • Limited number of RV spots available to rent.

  • Food truck at Rally Central with lunch available daily.
  • Cool Rally T-shirts available for pre-purchase only.
  • Bigger than ever Garage Sale for your used m/c gear. Instructions below.
  • Clay County Sheriff’s Department safety lecture and riding demonstration
  • Rally Central at the Armory
  • This is the FIRST BMW rally of the year.
  • Adult refreshments are available at the base store.
  • AIRHEAD Central is at the Armory.
  • The weather will be great.
  • Lots of off-base self-lead street ride options.
    You must have an application that will read this file, such as Base Camp. We thank Bernie Echt, for all the time and effort he put into in preparing these routes.

  • A portion of Rally profits will go to Camp Blanding Charities.
  • Lots of vendors inside and out.
  • Rider awards….greatest distance, age, etc.

Lunch will be available to purchase at the rally Friday and Saturday.

Volunteering

When you sign up to volunteer at the rally there is no logical way to provide exact times for tasks to be performed in many instances, especially in the food service.  We ask you check in to the area where you wish to participate when you arrive at the rally for a more specific task and time. A few minutes or a few hours help so much!
All the participants and the BMWNEF appreciate all the volunteers making this rally fun and successful every year!!!
